As promised I will continue to let you know when new stock lands with us. We should be getting new RST clothing, new Arai helmets and new AGV helmets this week so watch this space for more information on these! Plus the second they arrive with us they will be available on our online store and in most (if not all) of our 28 stores nationwide.
This is a relatively new addition to our website and I just wanted to explain what this means and also why we decided to add this to our website.
At J&S Accessories Ltd we work very hard to ensure that our customer service is beyond reproach, instore and online. We try to furnish our customers with as much information as they need on a product to the best of our abilities. In store this will be with our experienced staff and online with our descriptions and photos. However, with Feefo not only can customer service be reviewed, but a product can be reviewed by a customer who has bought it. Giving you, the customer, a further insight in to an item.
Another plus point for you as a "consumer" of Feefo is that only people who have bought off our website can leave a review. This means that we cannot influence our customer service score, nor our products, with bogus reviews - these are all genuine customer reviews by people who have bought from us online. Therefore every review is an unbiased and impartial review completely uninfluenced by us. Not all review sites offer this impartiality as they are open for all to review, not that we are suggesting anyone does manipulate them, but we wanted to make sure ours was as accurate as possible.
As you can see on our Feefo reviews we do have a lot of happy customers and if there are any problems we try to sort these out as soon as we can. If possible we ideally want to sort customers problems out as soon as we can, which is only achieveable if you let us know. You can contact us any time, day or night, at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us 01606 810800 ext 1 Mon-Fri 9-6. Plus if you do buy an item online and are unhappy with it, you can exchange in any of our 28 stores nationwide 7 days a week or drop off for a refund and the store will contact us at HQ who will reverse the original online transaction. This ease of returning is not always available from online only retailers but we want to make the customer's experience as simple and as easy as possible.
