HJC Helmets was founded in 1971 and their dedication to innovation and investment in R&D has made them the largest manufacturer of motorcycle helmets in the world. There are over 40 designers and engineers working on an extensive prototype testing regime to constantly fine-tune existing helmets and develop new models. Each HJC helmet is hand-made by skilled workers in a process that has over 40 steps with every helmet inspected by quality control operators for defects at key stages. Today, HJC's line-up includes full face, flip front modular, open face, off road and motocross helmets.
