The jacket feels really comfortable on me and let's a good amount of air through with the vents open, I'm 6'4 with a 44 chest and I got the large which is a bit of a tighter fit and a tad short sometimes (easily fixed by using the zipper for the trousers) so if you want to wear a hoodie under the jacket I recommend sizing up
