The Alpinestars Orbiter 1-Piece Suit is a high performance, full-grain leather suit that offers Moto GP and WSBK track-tested protection while incorporating intelligent design features.
This Alpinestars racing suit is constructed with premium, 1.3 mm leather for unsurpassed abrasion resistance, comfort, and durability. It features reinforced seam construction for maximum tear resistance in event of an impact.
Removable, CE-certified GPR protectors in the elbows and shoulders feature injection-moulded shells and dual density foam padding. In addition, the Alpinestars 1-piece suit offers race-derived, CE-approved GPR knee/shin protectors with an internal floating attachment system to allow customisation as well as a precise fit.
A snap connection system allows the addition of a CE level 2-certified Bionic Race Back Protector (sold separately) for the ultimate in protection. External TPR shoulder reinforcements offer additional abrasion resistance in a key impact area, while replaceable Alpinestars PU Sport knee sliders incorporate Velcro for a secure fit.
The Moto GP-profiled, ventilated back hump of this Alpinestars race suit is aerodynamically sculpted for superior air flow and reduced drag at high speeds. An accordion leather back panel provides superior comfort in the riding position, while microfibre stretch inserts in key articulation points, offer flexibility. Integrated PE comfort padding on the chest, torso, coccyx and back further enhances fit and comfort while riding.
A removable and washable mesh liner features built-in stretch inserts to ensure a snug fit, and high-density perforations on the chest, arm and leg panels offer optimum cooling performance. Premium YKK fasteners are used throughout the Alpinestars Orbiter 1-piece suit, including flat-profile YKK Semi Auto Lock wrist zippers and rear reflective detailing for improved rider visibility.
