This is a great helmet at an unbelievable price. It's polycarbonate but it has the ACU gold stamp so it's deemed safe enough for racing on track. This DLX version also has the MIPS safety feature (check the reviews on YouTube). It's an intermediate oval head shape and fits me very well and true to size. I'm at the top end of medium but it doesn't press or hurt. The padding is great, pushes on the cheeks a bit but from experience, I know this will bed in. So it's snug and comfortable right out of the box. No problem wearing my glasses either. Now the amazing part - it comes with a Transitions anti-fog coated visor. This means it automatically darkens in sunlight. And yes, it will go as dark as a race visor. Super cool and super convenient. And it all works as it should out on the road. Some reviews out there say it's loud but I don't think so. The vents work well and my glasses don't mist up unless at a standstill. The anti-fog visor coating is effective. I love the design of the Breadwinner model. To my eye, it suits my sports bike as well as my naked road bike. (But I do also love my Bell Custom 500 open face with bubble visor.) Bell have made a great product here. Don't be put off by the very competitive price - it's well made and well finished. I've worn Arai for years and raced at circuits. This helmet has passed the relevant safety tests and I have no hesitation wearing this on the road on my sports bike.
