The Dainese Scout 2 Gore-Tex Motorcycle gloves are CE approved to Level 2 and feature Polyurethane reinforced inserts on the palms, techno inserts at the knuckles and finger joints, as well as Amica Suede palm and Goatskin leather reinforcement in critical areas. The Scout 2 glove also has a breathable and waterproof Gore-Tex membrane along with thermal Primaloft insulation to keep your hands warm in colder weather. Elastication in key areas gives freedom of movement, and adjustability at the cuff provides the perfect fit. The Dainese Scout 2 Gore-Tex gloves also feature soft inserts for comfort, reflective detailing for added night visibility, a visor wipe on the left thumb and Dainese Smart Touch fabric at the fingertips!

First outing in them was on the motorway in 0 degrees temperatures - my hands weren’t toasty warm but it was still pleasant and bearable (as expected, a glove can only do so much at 70mph!). My second outing however was on the motorway at 3-4 degrees temperatures. What a difference! Hands were toasty warm. It was also raining heavily at one point and my hands remained dry. Being quite thick, they feel a little cumbersome at first but that feeling soon goes away and it becomes second nature riding in them.
