The 3/4 cut cross-neck bicycle rain cape the Tucano Urbano Tabello cape is made from an ultra-durable polyester exterior that is windproof and waterproof. It features taped seams and a Polyester lining. It also offers Tucano Urbano's reflective system. It offers an arm opening with an internal zip and elastic rings that can be hung on the thumbs/handlebars to stretch the cape. It also offers shoulder straps for carrying the cape like a backpack and an adjustable and detachable ergonomic hood. It also comes with a detachable throat protector, two internal pockets and a central double slider zip for opening/closing inside/out.
