Just really good.the item I bought online wasn't a good fit so returned it , no problem they had sent a return label with the item, refund was sorted quick so no issues.ordered another item turned up quick.Only issue is paying for return postage if you call that an issue

Order placed, communications throughout was good, parcels arrived separately 1 day apart but packaging was great and the fact that my items were likely to not arrive together was clearly communicated when placing the order. I have had a few things from J&S over the years and can't fault them

Ordered the jacket but ordered wrong size, no problem it was sent back and within days I had the right size, also fantastic communication, I often go to the Hamilton store and they are aways very keen to help and have a fantastic attitude
