Dead easy purchase, once I'd worked out the search filters on the website. Straightforward and secure payment processing. Prompt and clear email communications confirming the purchase and delivery data, and a mere 36hr delivery time in the midst of the Christmas rush.

Got what I ordered, was ordered on Christmas eve so I wasn't expecting a particularly timely delivery, but as I say was ordered on Xmas eve and was delivered on the 29th.

Although I am not completely satisfied with one of the items I purchased, I cannot fault J & S's overall service. The only suggestion I have is for J & S to improve their knowledge of their product data to prevent selling items that have been discontinued, which could lead to potential issues.

One item was out of stock even though showing in stock, I hadn’t realised / checked email. The lady I spoke to in J&S was amazing and got the missing googles replaced with some others the next day delivered on Christmas Eve. Many thanks. You were amazing.
