I visited the Leicester store today and all the staff were all fantastic! Myself and my Dad were both looking for gloves and we were there over an hour trying practically every glove. The staff were so patient, honest and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. I finally decided on these Richa Ella gloves and they are exactly what I was looking for. Lovely and warm, good quality, they do come up a little small but they also had shorter fingers than the other gloves I tried which were all about an inch too long (and I tried A LOT of gloves. lol. ).
