Great helmet, very comfortable, tight fit initially until broken in. Ventilation is the best I’ve had from a helmet, plenty of vents with noticeable airflow. Purchased from Bristol store, staff in there were fantastic and really helpful and informative

The helmet is fine, but better than that was the support of the staff in the Bristol store. I ordered the helmet online and it arrived in good time with plenty of communication, but turned out to be slightly too small. I took it into the Bristol store to return it and they were able to source the helmet in large from the Cardiff store, who packaged it and posted it straight away and it arrived two days later. Really quality service, very helpful and I would happily recommend J and S and the Bristol store in particular.
