Why don't I see any European sizes?

We've converted all European sizes to UK sizes. This makes it easier for you to select the correct size.

What about sizes from different brands, sometime they are not like-for-like?

We've taken that into consideration and re-sized all of the products to a standard UK size. Just select your normal UK size and you should be fine.

What happens if I purchase a product and the size isn't quite right?

No problem! You can either return it to us and we'll swap it for your alternative size, or take it to one of our nationwide stores and exchange it there. If we don't have your new size in stock, you can either select an alternative product (and we'll refund or charge you the difference) or you can have a full refund.

I cannot find the item I am looking for online, do you have it or can you get it?

We can look in to this for you, just get in touch using one of the methods above.
