Went to exchange an online purchase in the Edinburgh outlet- absolutely no problem and ended up buying trousers and boots as well. Great friendly staff. Havn't worn the jacket outside yet( this weekend), but looked excellent when I tried it on in the shop.

I seen a bell full face in-store,tryed it on 2XL my size also tryed my thumb camera behind the visor and was happy with it so I ordered a new one different style online,I received a new bell model but I didn't like the d buckle type,so I returned it to the store,very easy process no drama,I then ordered another new helmet Novic Reverse White 2XL 63 cm full face Online in 2XL, I am 63 cm and this time with the preferred fast ratchet clip,I must say although I'm happy,my thumb camera does not fit in this model,and the size feels like a XL not a 2XL, however it is marked 2XL outside 'm not returning it as I'm happy enough hopefully it will get a little looser but had I known I would have got a 3XL ,I have shopped here before and will do again as will bring more friends too,very happy with my store I use in Edinburgh and the staff are just 100% on the ball many thanks.i would recommend this store for sure.
