Returns Policy

*Please Note* We will need to hold returns in quarantine for 72-hours before we can open the packaging and process the return due to the COVID-19 situation.

If you are unhappy with your goods for whatever reason you have the right to return them within 14 days of receipt. We reserve the right not to accept goods back after this time period.

All items must be returned:

  • unused

  • in perfect condition

  • in its original packaging (with tags)

  • in a resaleable condition

  • and include any free items that came with it.

With the returned item please include your name, address and ideally a copy of the invoice along with the reason for return and whether you would like an exchange or a refund. For exchanges please include re-postage money, at the same rate as was charged on the first order.

Once your items have been received and checked we will process your refund within 14 days.

All refunds are processed through the original method of payment used.

Postage will not be refunded (with the exception of faulty goods).

We cannot accept responsibility for undelivered or damaged returned goods. Any claims for undelivered or returned goods arriving damaged must be made through the courier that you used to return the goods to J&S Accessories Ltd.

You can also return, or exchange, any goods purchased on our website, or through our Mail Order Department, at any J&S Accessories store.

In store exchanges are dependent on the stores stock levels.

With in store returns, our stores cannot issue you with a refund, this will need to be processed by the Mail Order Department.

The above returns policy refers to items bought on our website or via mail order only – it does not cover items bought in our stores.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

If you paid by card, it can take up to 7 days to appear back in your account.

PayPal refunds can take up to 30 days.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, simply return the goods to the address above stating that you would like an exchange. For exchanges please include re-postage money, at the same rate as was charged on the first order.

You can also exchange an item at any J&S Accessories store with your proof of purchase. You can use our store locator to find your nearest store.

In store exchanges will be dependent on the stores stock levels.

2) Return to one of our stores with your proof of purchase.

3) Exchange or ask for a refund.

1) Use your copy of the packing note to tell us what you want to do, refund or exchange.

2) Repack your goods.

4) Keep your proof of postage.

5) We'll email you once we receive your returned goods.

6) We'll refund or exchange your goods as per your request.
