Getting them on the first time was a bit of a struggle. But I'd sat that's more so because I have wide feet. After putting them on and off a few times they are slowly breaking in and getting easier. Very comfortable and warm. I've only had one ride in moderate rain so far but my feet were dry. All in all, for the price they are great!
