The Alpinestars Air Plus v2 Gore-Tex Boot’s innovative design features a waterproof and breathable GORE-TEX membrane layered under a well-ventilated mesh outer construction that ensures your feet stay comfortably dry in all weather conditions. The air mesh main construction is layered with highly breathable materials for superior ventilation and features over-injected soft PU reinforcements with full-grain leather on the medial panel, offering comfort and durability. All are strategically positioned for superior protection, comfort, and weather protection. A waterproof and breathable Gore-Tex XCR membrane provides outstanding weather protection and ensures the feet stay comfortably dry in all conditions. The Air Plus v2 Gore-Tex boot offers superior protection thanks to an internal toe box, double-layer moulded shin protectors, internal heel and toe counters for enhanced structural integrity and an injected PU gear change reinforcement pad. The Air Plus V2 Gore-Tex XCR V2 boot is CE-certified. As well as being ultra-protective, the Air Plus v2 Gore-Tex boots are ultra-comfortable and offer convenient features and improvements from it's predecessors. It has a wide opening aperture for ease of access and a medial side entry opening/closure zip system with wide velcro closure. The Velcro tab locks the zip pull closed, keeping it flat and secure. A rear reflective insert gives improved nighttime visibility. The new removable anatomic footbed includes EVA and Lycra for comfort and support and it offers Alpinestars’ exclusive compound rubber sole for optimal combination of grip and comfort. A contoured injected high-modulus polyamide midsole prevents excessive deformation of the boot during an impact event while maintaining high levels of comfort and control.
