Fully CE-certified riding garment to CE - Category II EN 17092-2:2020 - AAA class, the Alpinestars GP-R7 1 pc leather suit is made from 1.3mm 'Race' spec soft bovine leather construction incorporating dual layers in critical areas for optimised flexibility and abrasion resistance. CE Level 2 Nucleon PLASMA Pro armour on the elbows, shoulders, knees and shins (Pro Knee Long) gives superior impact protection. The GP-R7 suit also boasts Alpinestars 'Race' spec Supertech R10 aero hump, which is designed and engineered to work in conjunction with the Alpinestars S-R10 Helmet for optimum streamlining and aerodynamic performance with the rider tucked in a racing crouch. It is also optimised for use with Alpinestars Tech-Air Airbag Systems, Tech-Air 5, Tech-Air 10 and is Tech-Air Compatible with the new Tech-Air 7x Airbag System. Extensive perforations throughout give superior airflow and breathability, and pre-curved arms, legs and body with accordion stretch details and ergonomic Hyper Resistant Stretch Fabric (HRSF) Stretch inserts give outstanding comfort in the riding position. Strategically positioned grip on the inside of the knee provides optimal feel and contact with the bike's tank. An internal suspender system offers superior comfort when not riding, and a seamless cuff and collar construction with synthetic suede gives added comfort. Replaceable GP knee sliders are constructed using an exclusive PU compound to deliver an exceptional feel and enhanced durability. The dual-density integrated GP DFS shoulder and knee armour, with a DFS RR elbow slider with a replaceable insert, provides superior friction control, and the GP-R7 comes equipped with a Tech-Air 10 Bluetooth display pocket.
