Thermo welded lateral side, ankle and toe box provide additional durability and reinforcement on the shin plates for weight-saving and protection against impacts. In addition, the Ridge V2 also features dual-density ankle protectors on medial and lateral sides with poly-foam padding, internal toe box and heel counters, and contoured, high modulus midsoles follow the shape of the foot and incorporate a structured shank reinforcement. The streamlined design is perfect for touring with stitchless construction and flex accordion detailing in critical areas for optimum movement. A dual closure system: adjustable hook and loop with a metal oval ring on the lateral ankle plus a hook and loop flap on the upper provide greater adjustability and a personalised fit. A grip detail on the closure flap makes it easy to use while wearing gloves, and reflective detailing maximises night visibility.
