Waterproof and stylish, the SMX Waterproof jacket is Alpinestars Tech-Air 5 compatible and CE A Certified with CE level 1 Alpinestars Nucleon Flex Plus shoulder and elbow armour. Despite being ready for the Tech-Airbag system, this is fully optimised for superior safety to be used without. It features DFS lite shoulders with a dynamic friction shield on the shoulders and an excellent fit with an engineered sports body-mapped fit and pre-curved sleeves for maximum comfort in the riding position. DWR (Durable Water Repellent) treatment on the fixed waterproof membrane provides exceptional wet weather performance. Made from poly-fabric and stretch softshell, the SMX Waterproof jacket is ultra-lightweight and durable with a 2L waterproof membrane. A detachable thermal liner (100g body and 80g sleeves) allows versatility for different temperatures. The rear of the jacket is elongated to prevent weather ingress and increase riding comfort, and an adjustable cord at the waist provides a personalised fit. A series of pockets gives handy storage with two front zipped pockets, two chest pockets, an inner waterproof document pocket, two inner pockets on the liner and a pocket for a bank protector (sold separately).
