The Alpinestars Stella SMX-6 V3 motorcycle boots are CE certified to EN 13634:2017 and made from ultra-lightweight and durable Microfibre. New front and back flexion zones are constructed with textile over-injected on 3D mesh, with a soft TPU for enhanced impact and abrasion resistance while promoting a natural forward and backwards movement. A new version of Alpinestars' unique ankle brace protection system provides biomechanical support and protection between the lateral top calf, shin, and ankle for superior ankle articulation, while also providing Achilles and ankle impact protection. The new back calf TPU bridge is designed to reinforce the level of protection and support. The Stella SMX-6 V3 boots also offer the Alpinestars Lace-Lock System, constructed from an advanced polymer resin for a guaranteed quick, precise and secure closure. Ergonomically designed, they offer superior comfort and safety, with a new ergonomic elastic gaiter at the front that provides a precise fit in any condition. The medial side entry opening/closure system features an elastic-mounted zip with a wide hook-and-loop closure. A new pull flap with a dedicated design makes entry and exit easier. The new, dual-compound removable anatomic footbed is made in EVA with Lycra on top for outstanding comfort. The internal insole with integrated shank reinforcement supports the arch and protects the foot, and an internal toe box is layered under the upper for durability, improved feel, and overall performance. The sole is constructed from a lightweight rubber compound, offering excellent grip on the foot peg. Equipped with a new TPU gear change zone, the SMX-6 V3 delivers superior protection on the lower medial side, and the new strategically positioned, race-derived TPU shin plate protector provides superior impact and abrasion resistance while offering a more compact design, so the boot fits easily under pants. Dual-density TPU ankle protectors sit between the upper on the medial side and the padded lining to add protection in key areas. The SMX-6 V3 boots also come with replaceable, dual-density TPU toe sliders with a screw-in assembly that provide comprehensive protection around the outer toe area while staying supremely flexible for walking comfort.
