Bought the large and glad I did, do t have a large head but bought one size bigger as I wear glasses though it has glass grooves so works really well. One of the.cheapee helmets but pleased with quality and what it has, sun visor and vents though I find the visor steams up though anti-fog, is.ig supposed to be anti steam. Sun visor works well. Find the visor a little hard to pull down and the helmet is noisier than my last cheap helmet. I have to leave the visor slightly open due to the steam build up even though all the vents are open.
