I've got a black M helmet. My head size is, I guess, normal so it fits very well, not too tight, but it protects your chin area as well. Even if it is fit very well, the foundation wouldn't come off, which is great for females. I didn't check the details much, but it is a solid and decent helmet to 100% enjoy safe driving. In the winter, it easily gets foggy inside of the helmet. The chin strap was not easy to make it tight tho
