The Oxford Boss Alarm Chain Lock has been independently tested and approved by Sold Secure and awarded Motorcycle GOLD standard, SBSC and ART 4*. Insurance discounts are available in the UK when you use this lock. The alarmed padlock offers a deafening 100db alarm and is resistant to a sledgehammer, saw, bolt cropper or drill attack. The anti-jack shackle design withstands 4.5 tonnes of tensile load. It is versatile, so it can be used as a disc lock or a padlock and comes with batteries included (6 x LR44). The sealed alarm unit is removable, vibration-resistant, and weatherproof against water, frost, and heat. The chain is ultra-strong and resistant to bolt cutters. It also offers zinc coating to prevent corrosion, and the protective cloth sleeve protects your paintwork. The long links reduce weight without reducing security, so they increase mobility, and they fit all OXford ground anchors. It can be stowed easily under your seat.
