The Oxford Products Nexus 1.0 leather motorcycle jacket is the culmination of 4 years of research and development and more than 40 years of experience since racers started tearing around tracks wearing Oxford-branded leathers. By continually assimilating insights and feedback from top-level racers during this time, Oxford Products has been able to engineer products that make life on bikes better. It boasts CE AAA-rated protection (CE AAA Certified (EN 17092-2:2020), with CE Level 2 protectors at the shoulders and elbows (EN 1621-1:2012) and external TPU shoulder and elbow sliders for impact and abrasion resistance. A YKK long and short connecting zips allow jacket attachment for a secure protective fastening. Made from 1.2mm genuine cowhide leather with additional leather reinforcements at key areas, the Nexus 1.0 also offers tear-resistant stretch textile in key areas with reinforced safety seams and air mesh collar lining for increased comfort and breathability. Perforated zones at the body and upper arms give added airflow along with breathable mesh lining for superior comfort. D-ring adjustment tabs at the waist with grip detail give a custom fit, while accordion leather stretch panels at the upper back and above the elbow offer improved flexibility with large stretch panels at the shoulders, inner arm and waist, giving improved fit and movement on the bike. YKK semi-auto lock zips at the sleeve openings are a handy addition, along with stretch internal mesh lining and wind-resistant zip guards at the cuff openings and main zip. The main central zip is concealed to prevent tank scratching. 100% leather zip pulls ensure ease of use whilst wearing gloves. It has two zipped side pockets, an inner Napoleon pocket and two inner pockets.
