Oxford Products Q20R Adventure Tank Bag - Black

I bought this for my Triumph Tiger 1200 XCX, and while the materials, zips, and locking mechanism all seem well-made and sturdy, the design is seriously flawed — it's a bad fit for my bike and potentially dangerous. First, the map window is positioned at the front end of the bag, which means when mounted on my tank (already angled forward), the display area ends up tilted even further — around 15° forward from horizontal — making it completely unreadable while riding, and essentially useless. I mainly bought the bag to store spare gloves, waterproofs, and extra layers. But even when it's empty, the bag sits so tall that it entirely blocks my view of the bike’s instrument panel. I can't see my speed or any other info unless I lean far forward, which ruins my riding posture and compromises safety. Even worse, the base tray the bag mounts on is so wide that it interferes with the handlebar movement, even when even mounted on the base plate in the most rearward position. It limits turning by about 10% on either side, making tight turns or even regular junctions dangerous and impossible. In short: great build quality, but the design is completely unsuited to the Tiger 1200 and seriously affects safety. I can’t recommend it.
