POSITIVE: Warm, attractive, allow full use of the controls. NEGATIVE: Loose lining by design. A little short for a gauntlet glove. I got XL and it wouldn't form an adequate seal with my riding jacket. Only basic protection, but adequate. Will keep your hands dry, but the gloves themselves will go soggy, so not fully waterproof. CONCLUSION: Think twice if you're going to use these for commuting, as the loose lining will drive you potty. If you're in less of a hurry they'll definitely do the job.
