Designed for sports touring, the ultra-lightweight Pro-Series Ventilator-X jacket is versatile, and its lightweight construction gives you freedom of movement as well as comfort. Made from MaxTex with K300 mesh, the Ventilator-X jacket has a CE certification of A with CE Level 1 armour at the shoulders and elbows, CE level 2 back protector and triple stitched bonded nylon seams for impact resistance. The Pro-Series Ventilator-X jacket can be worn in any weather thanks to a removable quilted thermal liner bonded with a waterproof SinAqua Pro membrane but also has a fixed mesh comfort liner and vented mesh panels for optimum air circulation. Ultra-durable max zips are used throughout plus this comes with a 360-degree zip to connect to matching trousers. Reflective detailing provides added night visibility and the waist and arms are adjustable for the perfect fit.

I’ve not tried the waterproof liner but if you want a jacket to let airflow through this one is great and the service from JS is awesome..

This is a well made jacket which has worked well without the lining in 33 degree temperatures. It does come up slightly smaller and advise going up a size. With the liner in it was warm enough to use at 15 degrees(so far it hasn’t been colder). I haven’t used it in rain yet. It’s really comfortable without the back protector in. With the back protector in its tighter around the neck and less comfortable and warmer on the back(hence four stars rather than five). Recommended- really pleased, good price £119.
