The original Shark Skwal LED Motorcycle helmet was the 1st helmet with and LED light system and Shark have improved on this with the Skwal 2. For this latest version Shark have revised the aerodynamics of the helmet to make it more stable and quieter and increased the brightness of the LEDs. The Shark Skwal 2 full-face motorcycle helmet has a lightweight injected thermoplastic resin polycarbonate outer shell for rigidity and shock absorbency. There are three pairs of green LEDs built into the helmet shell. On the front there is one above and another below the visor with the third set just below the rear spoiler. These LEDs are powered by an integrated battery pack that's easily charged via an USB charger. The clear visor is supplied with a Pinlock Max Vision anti-fog insert and has Shark's auto-seal visor mechanism providing an excellent seal with the helmet's rubber gasket, preventing water ingress. The rider's comfort is enhanced by an internal drop-down sun visor and the interior is removeable and washable. Ventilation is provided by adjustable chin and forehead inlet vents. The Shark Skwal 2 is also pre-prepared for Sharktooth, Shark's wireless intercom system and has a micrometric retention system. The Shark Skwal 2 series of motorcycle helmets are available in other colours and graphics. This is the Switch Rider 2 in KBG which translates to black blue and green.
