The Shoei RYD motorcycle helmet features a lightweight but highly durable shell in AIM: organic fibre and multi-composite fibre in various layers for a shock-absorbent shell with optimum rigidity. It also features an EPS-liner system with multiple densities, which offers optimised protection. A mist-retardant CWR-1 Pinlock visor is fast and easy to change, and anti-scratch. A double-D-ring and EQRS. Security system (Emergency Quick Release System) gives easy helmet removal in an accident plus four different outer shell constructions for added aerodynamics. The RYD also features a 3D centre pad, detachable and washable and washable and detachable cheek pads and chinstrap and ear pads, which reduce noise and make the RYD prepared for Intercom installation.
