The Shoei RYD motorcycle helmet features a lightweight but highly durable shell in AIM: organic fibre and multi-composite fibre in various layers for a shock-absorbent shell with optimum rigidity. It also features an EPS-liner system with multiple densities, which offers optimised protection. A mist-retardant CWR-1 Pinlock visor is fast and easy to change, and anti-scratch. A double-D-ring and EQRS. Security system (Emergency Quick Release System) gives easy helmet removal in an accident plus four different outer shell constructions for added aerodynamics. The RYD also features a 3D centre pad, detachable and washable and washable and detachable cheek pads and chinstrap and ear pads, which reduce noise and make the RYD prepared for Intercom installation. The RYD also offers a complete ventilation system with multiple venting and extraction for a fresh air supply and an integrated spoiler for optimised aerodynamics, breath guard, and chin curtain to prevent visor fogging and reduce turbulence inside the helmet plus Shoei helmet bag.
