Retro Motorcycle Clothing

Hi there and welcome to Alex's Blog.

This week I wanted to look at the current trend of retro motorcycle clothing and accessories. This retro trend seems to be hitting the motorcycling world hard with all of the brands getting in on the retro action. It's not hard to see why, retro clothing looks good on or off the bike and it's always nice to give a nod to our heritage and riders of yester year.

There is also a certain understated class to retro styled motorcycle clothing which could be another reason its proving to be so popular.

Here are just a few of the retro products that we have in stock that are best sellers:

  • Frank Thomas OF01 open-face motorcycle helmet in matt black is classically styled yet has an ultra-lightweight Polycarbonate construction and a versatile removable peak and the option to attach a visor. The lining is fully removable and washable.
  • Bell Custom 500 RSD open-face motorcycle helmet has added finesse. The shell is fibre glass and the lining is premium quilted with a padded chin strap for added comfort. The retro design also gives a nod to Bell founder Roy Richter who formed his first helmet out of fibreglass and named it the 500. This pays homage to Richter's original design but with added modern twists.
  • HJC FG-70S Vintage Flat Black open-face motorcycle helmet is constructed from advanced Kevlar and Fibreglass Matrix Composite weave shell and has versatile fixings for added extras such as a visor or a peak as well as Silvercool interior and drop down sun visor.
