BKS Dakota Ladies Leather Suit
Hello and welcome, once again, to Alex's Blog. We have had a lot of positive response from all of our 27 stores this week with the arrival of the BKS Dakota Ladies 1 Pc suit. This is a women's 1 piece race suit that fits really well and is ideal for track days too. This has been designed for women BY a woman.

The BKS Dakota 1 Piece Ladies leather motorcycle suit is a race suit designed specifically to not only fit women well but to flatter. The Dakota 1 Piece has been designed by a lady rider for lady riders. This offers stretch panelling throughout for a great fit and ease of movement. This also features CE approved armour at the shoulders, elbows and knees, memory foam back protector, aerodynamic race hump, accordion stretch in key areas, comfort cuffs and collar, YKK zips used throughout, BKS branding, lady specific design with added emphasis on the silhouette with vertical stripe pattern, mesh liner and concealed inner pocket.
The sole recognition for designing this suit goes to the one and only Sase Godfrey from J&S Accessories Oakmere. Not everyone knows that Frank Thomas and BKS are part of the J&S Accessories Ltd group and have been for over five years, hence the input that Sase has been able to give with this suit. Sase runs the ladies department at our Northwich branch and despite the huge range of women's clothing she has in stock she felt she was missing a really good leather suit that fit well and didn't cost the earth.
Another motivation for Sase was that a lot of ladies motorcycle clothing focusses on pink and floral patterns, which is great, but not for everyone. She wanted a suit that was still flattering and feminine, but not neccessarily bright pink. The key to her design was the added stretch panels throughout - these compliment your curves. A lot of suits aren't as variable in fit as this suit and they are definitely not this price. Sase wanted a suit that wouldn't break the bank too.
She came up with her design for the practicalities she wanted as a biker herself and asked a lot of her customers in the store what they would want in a suit. She put all of this together and came up with the BKS Dakota 1 Piece ladies suit. The design with the two vertical stripes was to enhance and compliment all figures. We think she did a great job.
