Hello and welcome to Alex's Blog. Today at J&S HQ we have launched a new #JSBIKEOFTHEWEEK feature on our social media. This will showcase a different bike every week that you can buy from us, so keep an eye out to see if there is anything you fancy or any good deals you don't want to miss! Also this week at J&S we will be launching THREE competitions in the space of a week! One is launching on the 27th October on our Facebook and Twitter which is Halloween themed and is extremely fun......you could win a £50 J&S Gift Voucher! All details will be revealed tomorrow....but it's definitely worth checking out.
On Friday (the 28th) we will, of course, be launching our weekly #JSFREEBIEFRIDAY competition that you can also enter on Twitter and Facebook but if you are signed up to our weekly newsletter you are automatically entered in to the competition - you don't have to do a thing! If not then what are you waiting for?? To sign up just click the link at the bottom of any of our wesite pages. I can exclusively reveal that the prize up for grabs for one lucky winner this Friday is The BKS 8 Series Flag Helmet - in the Union Jack colourway.
Finally, on Monday the 31st, on actual Halloween, we will be launching a THIRD competition on our social media which is extremely easy to enter. Our staff have been set the task to decorate their stores with a Halloween theme, all you have to do is vote for your favourite. I do have to say the standard is VERY high. One lucky voter will be chosen at random and will win a £50 J&S Gift voucher. I won't give any of the stores a head start by putting sneak peeks on here this week but I will post all the gruesome results next week for you to see.

As it is nearly November (how did that happen?!) I know a lot of you are already thinking about your Christmas present shopping. (The ones who aren't think I am mad but it does happen honestly!) We get a lot of customers at this time of year who are trying to spread the cost of Christmas by buying early. We realise this fact and try to accomodate on this occasion. We are very flexible with returns. Our returns policy states 14 days but we do extend this period over the Christmas season so that people can return in January if they buy in later October/early November etc. The procedures will all be the same (you can still take back to a store or send back to us) but we just like to give you a bit of a hand at Christmas. We're nice like that.
Speaking of Christmas, our most popular selling item is a J&S Gift Voucher. These are available online and in store but please note that if you buy a voucher online these are for use in store. You are unable to redeem them on our website. You can send them to us to use them via mail order but I am afraid, as of yet, we do not have the facility to redeem these online. This is something we will be looking in to, but not before this Christmas I'm afraid.
