DPD Courier Service
Hello and welcome to Alex's Blog! First off I thought I would take this opportunity to let you all know that the HJC Marvel Iron Man and Punisher helmets have arrived in with us at our warehouse! All sizes are available in both colourways and J&S is the only place you can get all the sizes in the UK at the time of writing. These are available online and in all of our 28 stores NOW.

Speaking of looking good, check out our staff welcoming our first DPD collection at our Oakmere site:
We are currently in the process of changing over from Fedex to DPD in all of our stores. We have already changed to DPD at our warehouse (where the majority of our parcels are dispatched) and are in the process of changing at all of our 28 stores. Items dispatched by DPD automatically send notifications so you will receive a text message and/or e-mail letting you know when the parcel will be with you (within a 1 hour time frame) which should be a lot more convenient.
We did a lot of research before changing couriers and decided on DPD because of the customer service and interaction that it offers. We wanted you, the customer, to be in charge when it comes to your delivery. With DPD you can download an app which allows you to track your driver on the day of the delivery, make changes to your delivery whilst it is on the van (without the hassle of having to call anyone up!) and if needs be choose from over 2,500 DPD pickup shops. Whatever is more convenient for you.
You don't need to download an app though if you're not that way inclined! The online tracking is very easy to follow and also allows you to track your parcel in real time and make any changes (if any) that you need to arrange. You will also get a text message and e-mail informing you of the time your parcel will be delivered as well as the name of the driver! We are always here if you do prefer to speak to one of us and we will gladly help no problem at all.
We do hope that this change will make your online shopping experience with J&S Accessories Ltd smoother and more convenient. The new 1-hour delivery slot that we now offer means that the days of sitting in and waiting for the couriers all day are a thing of the past. We are always at looking at ways to improve our service and we are confident that this will be a big improvement. We are rolling this out in all of our stores over the next week so all of our orders should be sent out using DPD by the end of next week. This means that all Christmas orders will be more easily tracked and more visible to you as a customer which should lessen the stress of your Christmas shopping!
