2019 racing championship: Superstock 1000
Previous race experience: mini Motos, aprilia superteens, 450 challenge, stock 600, Ducati trioptions
Racing number (or how you picked it) number 8, I raced school boy motocross and then moved to mini Motos and have always ran the number
Any superstition? No
First win? Mini Moto racing in 2005
First racing memory? Racing in the novice championship on a mini Moto
Any racing heroes when you were younger? Valentino Rossi
How did you get in to racing? All my family has been into motor sport and I went to the Scottish bike show where Macintosh mini Motos gave me a bike for a year in a competition, what got me into the sport.
Do you ride on the road? Nope not allowed a road bike licence
Favourite piece of kit? Leathers
Favourite race track? Not really got a favourite as every track has something different and just enjoy riding bikes around as many as I can.
Hobbies outside of racing? Motocross, mountain biking, running, cycling
Occupation outside of racing? Joiner/ builder
Aspirations in racing? To try and go as far as possible
Any other thing you want to say? Would like to say a huge thanks to J&S for coming onboard this season and for all their help.

2019 is Lewis' first year with support from J&S Accessories Ltd. Lewis wears an off-the-peg BKS Apex Leather racing suit, BKS Race Evo Leather Racing Gloves and BKS Evolution Pro Racing Boots. In wet races Lewis wears a Frank Thomas Rainmaster Jacket.
