The boots look fantastic and fit well, haven't used them on the bike yet. Website photos and descriptions can be quite minimal on some items. Looks like I got the last pair and they arrived in a beaten up RST box which was strange, no explanation as to why. Like the free delivery, would be nice to see you offer free returns if needed. I will definitely use J&S again though.

Edinburgh store has the most helpful and knowledgeable staff. Very reassuring for a newbie rider like myself. No pressure to buy the most expensive items, but lots of good solid advice on the best kit for me. Great all round.
