It was important for me to be able to look at a range of waterproofs as I was unsure of whether I needed to go up a size to fit over my bike pants and jacket (you don't, the size is the size you take). Staff in the store were helpful in pointing out where different brands and garments were and checkout was straightforward. I later did a return and this was simply transacted without problem.
