Website was easy to use. Payment processing was straight forward. Shipping and delivery with DPD was faster than quoted/expected by two days!! I had no cause to contact customer services, so can't comment about that - but from my perspective, this was as good as an online transaction gets. I will definitely use J&S Acc. again!

Quick delivery. Gloves are warm and comfortable to ware. They are not very robust and can tare. This may be due to the thermal properties of the material.
