The boots look fantastic and fit well, haven't used them on the bike yet. Website photos and descriptions can be quite minimal on some items. Looks like I got the last pair and they arrived in a beaten up RST box which was strange, no explanation as to why. Like the free delivery, would be nice to see you offer free returns if needed. I will definitely use J&S again though.

Edinburgh store has the most helpful and knowledgeable staff. Very reassuring for a newbie rider like myself. No pressure to buy the most expensive items, but lots of good solid advice on the best kit for me. Great all round.

The web site is very clear and easy to use. The pricing is very competitive too. I did find the communication from the delivery company very short notice, the email I received from them regarding the delivery was on the same day and only gave me an hour or so notice. I did manage to rearrange my day to be home for the delivery. Although I don’t know how I would have done that if I had been at work that day.
