The service from J&S was very good as always. I'm afraid I can't say the same for your courier. DPD wouldn't leave the package at my house as I was in work, so I opted for a local drop off point. However, they didn't send me an access code to collect it, their tracking information kept insisting it had been on it's way from their depot for two days. After eventually getting someone at their helpline to speak to me, they gave me a code so I could actually get my package.

Very good delivery service but the Uckfield store didn’t give me a receipt for the suit I returned they said they would text me back but still nothing In good faith I’ve left a 600+ suit with them while I wait for a bigger size to arrive and I feel like I have no proof! That I did this
