Why don't I see any European sizes?

We've converted all European sizes to UK sizes. This makes it easier for you to select the correct size.

What about sizes from different brands, sometime they are not like-for-like?

We've taken that into consideration and re-sized all of the products to a standard UK size. Just select your normal UK size and you should be fine.

What happens if I purchase a product and the size isn't quite right?

No problem!

You can either return it to us and we'll swap it for your alternative size, or take it to one of our nationwide stores and exchange it there.

If we don't have your new size in stock, you can either select an alternative product (and we'll refund or charge you the difference) or you can have a full refund.

I cannot find the item I am looking for online, do you have it or can you get it?

We can look in to this for you – just get in touch.

I am after some expert advice on a product, can you help me?

Is it secure to buy online through your site?

Our website is a secure website.

You can see this in the address bar of your browser with the little padlock symbol and with each page starting https://.

Our site uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology which is the industry standard for protecting and maintaining the security of message transmissions over the internet.

Any information you enter on secured sites like ours is encrypted into an unreadable format to discourage unauthorised access by others.

Our payment processing partners are Braintree (Debit / Credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay) and Deko (Finance). All payments are processed on our partners secure servers and no point does any employee of J&S Accessories Ltd have access to your payment details.

What service do you deliver with?

Our chosen courier partners are listed below. You order confirmation email will let you know which courier is delivering your parcels.

  • DPD for standard size items.
  • Royal Mail for small items.
  • DX for large and oversized items.
