The item is great. No problem with J&S But to J&S you need to use a different delivery carrier. DPD are absolutely woeful. And they have made me not want to order anything from J&S again because of their delivery service which isn’t necessarily J&S’ fault. J&S ditch DPD

J&S are a great place to shop for all your biking needs, both online and in store. It's a nice touch that you can order online, but still pick up at your local store, or even return/exchange items to store that were bought online. Anything they don't have in store can also be delivered. The staff are always helpful, and always happy to chat with customers. J&S is a biker store, clearly run by bikers.
