Purchased the AAA Oxford jeans in my normal size (34 short) online as they didn’t have stock in my local store, these arrived quickly via DPD, unfortunately they were too big so went in to the local store (Wolverhampton) and although they didn’t have the exact make and model, I was able to try a couple of different brands in the smaller (32 short) size, and they were a much better fit. The guys in Wolverhampton (sorry didn’t catch your names) were more than happy to help and very accommodating, I carried out the return in store and they sorted the replacements to be delivered for me. Couple of days later (again via DPD) the 32 short jeans arrived and they fit perfectly. I would happily recommend J&S as the online service is really good but I can’t praise the guys at Wolverhampton enough as they took all the faff out of the returns process, even sorting out the replacement. Thanks guys 👍🏻
