The AGV Sports Modular helmet is made from ultra-lightweight and protective Carbon Fibre (shell and chin), which achieves the same protection performance as MotoGP’s Pista GP R. It has three shell sizes and four EPS liner sizes for superior comfort and aerodynamics. The collarbone safe profile gives superior protection, and the chin guard opening system is designed to prevent accidental opening. An adjustable rear spoiler gives added versatility, and the shell shape is designed to maximise aerodynamic performance and have 0 dynamic weight at 130km/h (80 mph). The AGV Sport Modular has been conceived in AGV's wind tunnel for superior quietness, aero stability and ventilation. A superior ventilation system promotes outstanding air circulation with two front adjustable vents and an adjustable rear extractor. The Sports Modular helmet boasts a 190-degree horizontal field of view with an 85-degree vertical field of view for outstanding vision from all angles. AGV's patented Extra Quick Release System and patented visor lock system also give optimum versatility. It also offers an anti-scratch treated optic class 1 clear Pinlock ready visor with a 100% Max Vision Pinlock insert (120) and an integrated anti-scratch sun visor, removable without using tools. The multistep visor mechanism is ultra-convenient and a micro-opening system. AGV's metal visor mechanism is ultra-durable. Removable and washable comfort interiors keep you fresh with Ritmo fabric cheek pads and Shalimar and Ritmo on the crown pad for a soft and gentle yet moisture-wicking capability. The convenient features include glass grooves, a Shalimar and Nabuk fabric water-resistant neck roll, and a removable noseguard and wind protector. The AGV Sports Modular helmet also offers AGV's patented double-face crown pad for superior comfort, and the interior is designed to house communication systems. An ultra-durable and adjustable titanium Double D system provides a secure closure.
