Fully Tech-Air ready, this suit allows seamless integration of the Tech-Air 7x Airbag System and can also accommodate the additional Tech-Air 7x sleeve display and the Tech-Air 10 wireless display. Made from Flex Plus ‘racing-grade’ leather, it features dual layers in exposed areas for enhanced durability. Soft and supple, this premium bovine leather delivers outstanding abrasion resistance while remaining highly flexible and adaptive. Alpinestars Composite Stretch (A-CS) technology on the back panel ensures exceptional breathability, comfort, and freedom of movement. A-CS Tech is not only lighter and more compact than traditional leather accordion panels—approximately 9% lighter—but also provides superior stretch performance with 30% elongation. Additionally, it offers a remarkable 288% increase in tear resistance compared to HRSF (Hyper Resistant Stretch Fibre) and a 600% improvement in cut resistance over leather. Fully perforated leather panels further enhance airflow and breathability, ensuring optimal cooling performance. HRSF (Hyper Resistant Stretch Fabric) offers high abrasion and tear resistance, along with exceptional freedom of movement. MATRYX on the shin is engineered to provide a maximum resistance-to-weight ratio, along with high air permeability and flexibility, featuring engineered zoning to boost performance where needed. Aramid reinforcements at the elbow flexion zones give additional strength in a key area with race fit – a highly pre-curved body, arms and knees for enhanced performance. The Alpinestars ‘Race’ spec Supertech R10 aero hump is designed and engineered to work in conjunction with the Alpinestars Supertech R10 helmet for optimum streamlining and aerodynamic performance when tucked in a racing crouch. Race spec GP-R armour on the elbow, knee, and shin offers extended coverage for additional protection in key zones, and race-proven GP DFS sliders with removable elbow sliders give effective friction control. Alpinestars Nucleon Race shoulder armour gives superior impact protection and abrasion resistance.
