The Alpinestars HT Heat Tech Vest features the Alpinestars Heat Tech System which distributes perfectly balanced warmth in the coldest of conditions. The smart system has a double system for optimum performance in cold weather; a manual control via an LED button with three pre-set heat settings and an automatic heating control system. An automatic heating control system has a temperature sensor embedded inside the vest to continuously check the rider's temperature in order to provide and maintain the pre-set heating temperature for supreme riding comfort. Another handy addition is a smartphone Alpinestars Heat Tech App (as used on Alpinestars Heat Tech gloves) for turning the vest ON/OFF and precisely setting and controlling the internal temperature via a Bluetooth connection. It offers dual power - it can be plugged into the bike battery or used with the high-performance 12v Lithium Battery (included with the vest) for reliable, long-lasting power to the Alpinestars Heat Tech System. Four heating panels provide optimum heating to the chest, lower back and the back of the neck with an elongated rear for greater coverage. Reflective details incorporated into the design at the front and rear maximise night visibility. The vest is constructed from polyester and stretch that is ultra-soft to the touch for optimum comfort and the front closure is an asymmetric angled zip to reduce bulk under layers. It is ultra-easy to use and ultra-warm.
