Designed and developed for professional MotoGP riders, the Alpinestars Supertech R10 Arius is the pinnacle of Alpinestars racing helmets. It minimises drag and ensures optimal aerodynamic stability. Made from an ultra-durable, lightweight carbon composite outer shell with multi-layer composite construction, bonded with advanced epoxy resin to provide strength, mechanical performance, and weight ratio, it is ECE 22.06 certified and FIM homologated, weighing just 1540 g +/-50 g (size M). The optimised chin bar gives maximum collarbone protection with a recess in the collarbone area to ensure a softer volume during body contact. The chin bar has a light and robust profile to protect the tip of the driver's chin. External and internal design and material densities have been optimised for maximum protection against linear and oblique acceleration impacts; the entire helmet shape is designed for aerodynamic efficiency and stability, with racing spoilers and winglets reducing air resistance by an additional 4.54%. The visor mechanism is installed with metal locking levers that prevent accidental release during impacts and are locked in the closed position by a front metal hook. Alpinestars' quick-release system allows you to change the visor quickly and easily. The extra-wide aperture provides an ultra-wide field of view (220 degrees lateral and 57 degrees vertical). The visor is Pinlock-ready and equipped with Tear-Off films (and comes with a Pinlock insert and Tear-Off foils). The Supertech R10 boasts an ultra-sophisticated ventilation system with eleven vents and exhausts at the chin, top and rear spoiler. It offers Alpinestars' patented A-Head height and angle adjustment system to tailor to the rider's preferences for superior comfort with EPS foam. The removable, washable, high-quality inner lining is designed for the hydration system. Also, it features the Emergency Removal System for safe, easy removal of cheek pads while the helmet is still on in the event of a collision. It comes with a clear visor, a dark-tinted visor, a breath guard, a Pinlock lens insert and Tear-Off foils. Available in a choice of colours.
