So far I'm really impressed with quality and customer service. Even more so having gone to the Uckfield store as a helmet I bought felt too tight. The guy in the store was beyond helpful, he helped me try on multiple helmets and gave really good advice. I ended up keeping the original helmet but thought the customer service was excellent.
