Staff had good knowledge of the product, and one of them used the same gloves and rukka jacket as me, and the shortie gloves were a great fit under the jacket sleeve. I bought the gloves on line as J&S don’t use Klarna payment but with the advice given and all details of the gloves. I bought on line on the Saturday afternoon and received them on the following Tuesday.

Service faultless, order simple, except I had to ring my biker friend to get her boot size. She was delighted to recieve my birthday present so much so she rushed to my place on my recieving the delivery. She tried them on full of excitement and then disappeared into the ether towards the lake district for a burn up!
