Following on - or evolving - from the ultra-popular Scorpion Exo-1400 Carbon helmet is the Scorpion EXO-1400 Evo Carbon Air motorcycle helmet. It is ultra-lightweight thanks to the Ultra TCT Thermodynamical Composite Technology, where the shell can gradually crumple upon impact, allowing it to absorb most of the energy created by the shock whilst retaining a solid structure. It offers three shell sizes for added weight saving and aerodynamics. A 100% MaxVision Pinlock comes with the EXO-1400 Evo Carbon Air helmet and an integrated SpeedView internal sun visor. Scorpion's AirFit concept permits riders to personalise their helmet fit through air-adjustable cheek pads, reducing noise. This helmet has an AirFit concept, a KwickWick III inner lining, and KwickFit cheek pads for the use of the helmet while wearing glasses. The EXO-1400 Carbon Evo has a complete, incrementally adjustable ventilation system with indexed front and rear vents with an aero-tuned rear spoiler to reduce lift, create a vacuum and maximise airflow through the helmet. A breath deflector is included to minimise fogging, a chin cover to promote noise reduction and a double D ring closure system. It also features Scorpion's emergency release system using textile loops, medical professionals in an emergency can pull out the cheek pads with the helmet on. The visor can be changed tool-free in seconds thanks to Ellip-tec II technology which uses spring force to pull the visor against its seal for maximum sealing. It also offers CE ECE 22.06 and comes with a dark smoke visor. Also available in other colours and graphics.
