The Tucano Urbano Airscud Airbag Vest features an integrated In&motion AIRBAG system to provide riders with protection against abrasion and impact, without limiting riding ability. It can be worn as an under-jacket or as a stand-alone garment over your outfit, thanks to the abrasion-resistant and water-resistant construction. The patented system gives versatility as arms can be added (sold seperately). It can also be worn under a backpack (max. weight 8 kg). Made from ultra-durable, high tenacity three-fabric Oxford polyester outer, with Taslan polyamide on the chest and back, and 500D Oxford polyamide on the shoulders, for added resistance. Stretch polyamide on the hips ensures perfect wearability in any configuration. 3D mesh on the chest offers outstanding ventilation, and a padded neoprene collar gives comfort. It also has two front pockets. The length of the vest: 63 cm (size 50 IT-L) and weight: 1950 g (size 50 IT-L). It has rear zips for access to the In&box, the operating system of In&motion AIRBAG, with a transparent PVC window to display the system status. The integrated back protector is CE EN 1621-2 approved - Level 1 CPS (Comfort Protection System), and is designed to accommodate the airbag inflator cartridge.
