The MT Atom 2 is the second version of the MT Atom. The improved design is made from HIRP (High Impact Resistance Polymer) with two shell sizes, two EPS sizes (XS-M and L-2XL), and an ultra-lightweight of 1,700 gr +/-50 gr. The aerodynamic design and lightweight shell give a streamlined ride with a lack of buffering. The interior is removable and washable and made from antibacterial fabric that wicks moisture away for a truly comfortable ride. The Atom 2 comes with an adjustable nose deflector to reduce visor fogging, a chin curtain to prevent air and debris from entering the helmet and a full ventilation system. It has front and top air vents that open and close, internal channels, rear exhaust vents and a rear spoiler for optimised aerodynamics. A clear, high-quality optical polycarbonate anti-fog visor has an optimal fit thanks to a seal with an adaptive lip. The Atom 2 also offers the MT-FSOS+ |Fast Shield Opening System +: Quick button with an automatic anti-fog position. This helmet has a quick opening that automatically moves the shield to the anti-fog position. The Atom 2 also boasts an MT-ESP Extended Sunvisor Protection sun visor to prevent sun glare that is easy to use while wearing gloves. MT-Micrometric+ system gives double-toothed safety closure with an adjustable yet ultra-secure fit. It accommodates the UCS Bluetooth intercom system (sold separately), can house other makes, and offers ECE 22.06 certification. Also available in a wide choice of colours.
