Initially I visited your Plymouth store twice when in the area and on both counts the staff were very, very helpful and knowledgable. I did not buy because they did not have the helmet I purchased in stock. When scrolling through your website noticed the the helmet I purchased. I had the previous model big, for more than 5 years old. Mindfull you should change after 5yrs. Also my coms system fitted the new helmet which again was a major benefit.

I seen a bell full face in-store,tryed it on XXL my size was happy with it so I ordered a new one different style online,I received a new bell model but I didn't like the d buckle type,so I returned it to the store,very easy process no drama,I then ordered another new helmet the Novic Rever White 2XL 63cm full face, this time with the preferred fast ratchet clip,I must say although I'm happy,my thumb camera does not fit in this model,and the size feels like a XL not a 2XL,I'm not returning it as I'm happy enough hopefully it will get a little looser but had I known I would have got a 3XL ,I have shopped here before and will do again as will bring more friends too,very happy with my store I use in Edinburgh and the staff are just 100% on the ball many thanks.i would recommend this store for sure.
